When cars have that much horsepower the 1/4 mile is all in the launch. Depending on the driver you could see as much as a second or two difference with the same car. With equal traction the S351 should win a drag rage - the centrifugal blower makes more top end (although the twin screw charger on the S281E is very impressive).
