The only non-import shops I can think of right now are speed shops in Orange, like Fast Eddies.

If Chris can make it down, I'd volunteer him to help set the timing, can't think of a mechanic I'd trust more around.

There is a shop called Mustangs West Off Via Fabricante (Jeronimo and Alicia) in Mission Viejo, but I think they only do much older cars. I'll hit up a local club site and see what else I can find.
