Achieving the full potential of your combo is the name of the game. The cost of the parts you mentioned isnt bad for that much of an HP gain.
I say go for it. You could get the Anderson power pipe and lightning Mass air flow sensor pretty cheap off of e-bay. How much boost are you running BTW. Later,
