![]() Don't even bother with that adapter, Save your money and do it right the first time!
No it's not worth the fifteen dollars even for a temporary attempt at gains in throttle responce( at best it will BOGG faster,but thats not what your looking for) Unless you plan on countless hours trying ta dial that 4bbl carb in.Not to mention attempting to set the timing on a mis-matched combo . Then once you finaly get the NEW CARB tweeked enugh to make the car run half way decent... Blamo time to install the new intake you saved for and guess what...? You have ta start all over with dialing in the carb ,timing,and most likley new plugs and points due to the for mentioned combo. But hey on the flip side , it may well be worth the fifteen dollar investment , as you will certenly put in more then a few hours brushing up on your tune-up skills. lol j/k jmo It's so much nicer when you can put a new package together, install it and let it rip with without all the BSing and it's cost effective too. ![]() |
