I am also converting my 6cyl stang to A V8. but the only reason I am doing it is cuz this car has been in my family for six years.(I know it's not much but it means alot to me) and yes as stated before you have to change the rear end, trans, motor mounts, and the whole front supension even the stearing. to tell you the truth it doesn't seem as hard as I first thought. but then again I have not started yet. if it is the v8 you want then buy A V8. I would but my stang means alot to me. pluss I told my older sister and older brother( the previouse owners) that I would restore it and put A 8 cyl in there and of coures they didn't belive me so here I am trying to prove them wrong. but if it wasn't for any of those reasons I would just sell this stang and buy A V8.

just my 2 cents.
