A line lock plumbs into your front brake line and let you lock them up by holding pedal down and holding button on switch then release pedal and as long as you keep button on switch down your front brakes are locked freeing up you 2 feet to work clutch and gas pedal to doa burnout, also helpfull to keep you still at the line when ready to race. the tap into your brake line come from your master cyl, but to be legal at the drag strip they have to be after the proportioning(sp?) valve.
