![]() I've called the local AutoZone, HiLo Oreilly, and Pep Boys. Nobody carries the Hi amp alternator. My heads were warped slightly and I think that this may have contributed to the overheating problem. I do like the fan and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I did feel a little more kick in the acceleration. My cars in the shop right now (water in the block and I don't feel like opening her up again) so I'm gathering some bucks for the repair. I would prefer to keep the fan and buy the upgrade alternator when I have the cash flow...is there a high output alternator for another application that can be put in the stang?
Aside from that, any takers on the fan? ![]() |
