I also agree, mainly because your're going to get all of the block done, then put the cam in and you'll probably feel disappointed. The power increase won't be as much as you're probably hoping for. On the other hand, if you're just taking your motor step by step and it's more convenient for you to get the rebuild done now, rather than later (when you have cash for heads), then go for it!
