Default Need a NEW CLUTCH-WHAT KIND

I'm putting in a clutch this weekend, my car barely moves now. I don't want to spend much more than $200, what would probably be the best to get for the money? I'd rather a stiffer pedal, but whatever. It's for a T-5 trans.

Also, my trans grinds a little into 2nd sometimes, almost always when I get on it, plus it whines really bad ALL THE TIME. Who wants to guess how long it'll take to brake the trans after I put in a new clutch? (I'm guessing soon)
