Is the 95 alternator the same as the 94 alternator? A junkyard nearby has a working 95 alternator for $50.00. If I go to Autozone, a new lifetime warranty alt will cost me $110.00 + a $40.00 core. They won't take my current working alt as the core, so I figure that I'll get a working alternator and use it til it dies. Then when it dies, I'll take it in as the core. I know that in the long run I spend about $10.00 more, but I don't have 150.00 to spend on that right now. What do you guys think?
