boring is enlarging the bore round part your pistons go up and down in at the same time they straighten wear and then they should line home the bore for oiling so think of it as drilling out a hole with a bigger bit. in real simple terms .
and as far as lifting the front at 35 mph your car would have to be set up so bad that you would probable kill yourself in it. from a drag strip launch i can pull the whells but on the street ive never come close do to tires and road conditions thats with 700 hp. your suspention and weight transfer are more inportant than power for hooking up like that. If you just want the front to raise 4 cyl springs and strutds will do that for you. also my stroked 351 has the same bore as th 306.
