It's underneath the dash right above the gas pedal. If your adjustment is bad you can pull up on the pedal with your hand, styep on the clutch a few times and repeat until you get a better adjustment. The stock quadrant has 2 pieces that mesh together with plastic teeth, sometimes the adjustment gets too loose or tight and that can affect your clutch adjustment.
