This is what I would do, buy my 5.0 HO motor from me and drop it into the car.
 I also have a T4 tranny what will bolt on, just needs a bellhousing. The tranny only has 2,000 miles on it since it's last rebuild, and the motor is about complete as u can get, just needs a flywheel. I also have the wiring harness and ECU(comp). It came out of a '89 GT.
