The clutch was replaced recently, so I hope it's not that.

We're going to try to tighten the belts, but we don't have anythign to do it with. We've decided the belts got loose, probably from when we installed the new fan blades and fan shroud.

Other than the noices it's doing good. It doesn't get hot anymore either. I wish we had done it sooner.
