The Lightning and Harley Davidson edition are two different trucks. The Lightning came with a blower, the Harley Davidson edition didn't. So is it a Lightning motor or a Harley edition regular 5.4 that someone put a blower on?
As far as the swap, I'd say go for it. It is a tight fit and you definitely would need a new hood, but I don't think you have to do any crazy cutting or anything. It would definitely be unique.
