Well, you can make 450 rwhp in two ways: on the edge or reliable.
467 RWHP Blown 02 GT
The above is a great indication of the parts you'll need for the power, but if you want to do it reliably, you'll probably want a built short block with something like a Cobra crank, Manley rods, and 8.5:1 JE pistons. If you throw in a Bullitt intake it'll help that much more.
The rest is pretty much well known. As others have said, check out Hammer's combo.
