Video nut guy?
There is a theory that he may be a video game player. Some of these games (some government training videos) are used for training snipers but some others are recreational videos.
Still, a good shot will hit better than this guy has hit if he has any real ability. That is if he is shooting from the ranges that they say he is shooting from. Rev
