Along the line of him being good, I also doubt it.
His shot placement is bad like Rev said. If I heard he was using a 30 calibre rifle instead of a 5.56 I would be more inclined to think he had sniper training. Anyone that can zero a rifle can hit a man size target at 150 yards, with about any type of rifle.
