How come they dont make a 96-98 cobra manifold you can buy as aftermarket???

My last motor without the manifold 515 rwhp. another cobra with the manifold.633 rwhp. one viper motor only 833 rwhp one lightning 1200 HP estimated, not in truck yet..experts on the modular motor.
