i try to stay with the one less harder in the tranny technique..basically if you run polyurathane motor mounts then run rubber trans mount..if you run solid motor mounts then run polyurathane or rubber trans mounts..i say this becasue i have seen many tmies poeple who put polyurathen trans bushings in and run rubber motormounts and they end up cracking the casing on the bellhouseing/tranny becase the tranny cant move like the motor can
