As far as an FMU, he won't have one. The 99+ 4.6s have a "returnless" fuel system so they can't use an FMU. The 99+ Procharger kits come with a ECM module (chip) to increase fuel flow. It looks like he went with a custom Diablo chip in place of it.... Mlam, Do you have an in-line pump? Chico may be on to something... It'll certainly save you money.
