the 03 Cobra pump is a dual pump set-up.

On the returnless cars, fuel pressure is regulated by varying the voltage to the pump which varies the speed of the pump changing the pressure.

if your going to use an aftermarket pump with a boost referenced regulator, your going to have to wire the pump in seperate so that whatever controls the stock pump doesn't vary the voltage to the new pump.
