I'm with Moc on this - toss the underdrive pulleys. The water pump will turn slower, thus the lack of coolant flow and the higher temps. Get the OEM fan (the 1993 fan is the newest and best) a new Motorcraft clutch, a good 195 thermostat, and put the stock pulleys back on!
