Sorry for taking so long to reply - been busy. Anyway, the only mods under the hood are 70mm TB/Spacer, CAI, & Underdrive pullies. As I stated, the IAC is cleaned out & new TPS. No binding in throttle cable but it still idles high. The check engine light is not on, and I can probably assume the EGR is original (120K miles).

The only thing I can remotely think is:

1) Maybe the computer is bad??
2) I did adjust the butterfly in the TB in an attempt to get it to idle lower- would that make a difference??

I have a love/hate relationship with this thing. It gets possessed randomly (no specific temp or humidity or driving style). About 50% of the time it idles at 2K and won't kick down.

Thanks for your time-
Rob
