![]() I agree with everyone else, my bet is a spider bite. As long as it stays localized, I wouldn't do anything to it. Definitely don't lance it. If your leg starts to swell or anything or you run a fever, then seek medical attention ASAP. My bet is it will just gradually go away. You could put hot wet compresses on it. That may help some.
