![]() try the feeler gauge method. back off throttle screw and take a .010 gauge between the screw and throttle plate. screw in until there is tension on the gauge and it pulls out with slight resistance. screw in 1.5 more turns and it should be set at factory position, 650 to 700. disconnect battery for 15 and then start car with all acc. off. let idle 5 minutes or so and shut down. turn all acc. on and restart. let idle for 5 minutes than go for a drive. should be done.
make sure to reset the tps after moving idle screw. that should do it.
