Thanks. I also did some calling around and found out that I will need the spacer, and the bracketing can be bought from March. The problem I found is that the damper that is on the block is for a 302 according to the part number stamped on the damper. However, the damper, crank, flywheel, etc. have been pre-balanced at a machine shop. The question is can I use that damper or do I need to take apart the motor and get everything re-balanced? I posted a msg regarding this issue and hopefully I can get some responses. I'm hoping that since everything was pre-balanced that I'll be o.k.
