![]() Had the same problem when my 3550 was installed almost 2 yrs ago. We had to take off the cross member and move it back so that it lined up with the tranny. Then just welded it back on the frame. As far as the exhaust hangers, I just used the cross member to slide the hangers over the top since the hangers lined right up with it. Not the best way to do it I'm sure, but it's still there after 2 yrs. Just be careful when you move the cross member back so that you don't tear it up when you take it off. Hope this helps some.
