You never get any compression out of the spark plug hole at all only the exhaust? Even with the rockers off
 That dosn't sound good. Is this motor new or has it been ran before? Well, if it is comming out of the exhaust it is a no brainer that the valve is not closing. Bent, obstruction, hung up, cam timing WAY off???
