Like fiveohpatrol said it depends how good your shop is.... my mom was hit a few years back and they repainted her rear quarter pannel and you couldn't even notice it. They buffed it so it would blend into the rest of the car you didn't notice any sudden change in colour. It was next to impossible to notice unless you were told where to look. So I believe if you take it to a good shop, you should be fine.
