You would be lucky if you got any more than 7 HP.
Do the nitrous...get a used kit for about $250 and save the rest. Save for the heads. My car went 12.50's on a 75 shot and 4.10's. You have a stick or auto??? If it's an auto save for the tranny rebuild.
