what do you mean you can see the spark?

you shouldn't see any sparks anywhere. I once had a set of Accel wires and the coil wire was arcing with the steel fuel line. Truck ran like **** and there was no computer anything to worry about. Never owned anything Accel ever since.

I would say that is your problem
