my girlfriend's mom doesnt believe in drinking lots of milk beyond the breast feeding stage...and her and her siblings are all fragile...her sister has broken both her arms and shes only 9, they all get broken bones easily....meanwhile, my mom has been feeding my brothers and i milk with dinner and other stuff daily since we were little...we used to go through a full gallon a day as a family...none of us have broken a bone, ever. and trust me, we do enough to get them broken...lol...so lots of milk does make you stronger
