Sorry Chris i gotta agree with JJ on this one ... my family drinks more milk than the law allows ... always has .. i was a maniac when i was younger ... my son played 11 years of full contact football ... there has never been a broken bone in my family on either side as far back as i can remember, my dad is almost 86 and he is as i write this likely out tossing hay bales around.
As for the drinking a gallon thing, i don't think i could drink a gallon of anything without puking
