I get most of my condensation out of my left pipe. I don't think anynthing of it cuz its been doing it since I got the car. If your really worried about it try pulling the plugs and seeing if any are fouled. then you could try a compression test, or pull the o2 sensors and see if theright one is noticably darker than the left one. If all checks out ok I wouldn't think anything of it.
