I also like the zero gap Child and Alberts set. These have quite a good record on race oriented vehicles. 11's at 123 mph qualifies for race orientation---don't ya think?
Make sure you have a shop check the rod ends for roundness. Do it with the bearings in the cap, bolted to 40/50/or 55 lbs, whatever you are using for the engine. I would use head and main studs, and make sure you run a windage tray and a crank scrapper. This will give you an additional 15-20 horsepower EASY. The zero gap rings should be good for 15-25 horsepower as well. One last thing, are the pistons forged or hypereutectic? You might want to run a low boost pully if these are not forged. Go get them......
