![]() IMO, I think it's the wiring. Double check your ground and that your RCA's are in good working order. Make sure the power wire is properly attached to the battery terminal. Also, trace it's path to make sure that there are not shorts or melted insulation.
If your search turns up nothing I would suggest taking the amp out and doing a temporary install outside the car using different wiring. If the amp works you know you've got a problem with your wiring, if the amp still doesn't work, then we'll know that your amp is to blame. Do these tests and we'll go from there.
