I wouldn't worry Eric about your little brother being drafted for service. Congressional appoval needed for reinstatement unless invasion on US soil. The current military strategic plan would use long range weapons, surface to air missles and mostly air strikes in lieu of man-to-man combat.

Our history of major military actions really doesn't show how we would handle a conflict with Iraq. We learned many things in previous armed conflicts that we will (hopefully) not do again.
