I'm very sorry to hear about your condition. I can't fix it or pretend to know how to make you feel better. I will pray for you and your wife and family.
There is a book called "Its not about the bike" by Lance Armstrong, the American cyclist who just won the tour of France, for the fourth time. He has had the same thing you have now. The book is about the time and troubles he went though. Its a very good book. He beat it when all his doctors said he couldn't. So can you.
