$350 is cheap!
The shop where I had mine done in westfield MA (Wzorek), charged me 700 for everything. Thats gears, shims, turning the axles, bearings, fixed broken clutches, speedo gear, gear oil etc. They are also considered to be one of the best in the area, its where everyone recomends to go.
