Your fuel pump relay is on it's way out. You might want to replace it.

There is a problem with your MAF. Check to be sure there is no air getting in after the MAF. Next check the electrical connections, and make sure they are clean and tight. Next, clean the MAF.

Lastly, unplug the EVP, and attach a jumper between the brown wire and the orange wire at the harness connector, and check the KOEO codes again. Do you get a code 35 (ignore any other codes, just look for a 35)?
