I got a price break as a friend of mine was close with owner of the machine shop, but here is a breakdown of what I had done when prepping for my 331 cu. in. stroker:

78.00 - Hot Tank
79.00 - Hone
112.00 - Over bore - .030"
170.00 - Balancing of stroker kit.
$439.00 - Total (excluding tax)

Hope this gives you an idea. So, it looks like $320 for a .030" job is a little pricey.
