Amen to that.

We just have to hope that the people on the trigger have sense enough to know what they would be doing. I don't fear strategic nuclear warfare in the cold-war sense with hundreds of ICBM's flying over the pole. I think every civilized country knows what that would mean.

However, I do earnestly fear that some little Hitler or Ben Laden will unleash limited, politically significant attacks with the belief that they are doing good in killing millions.
