yeah that does stink.
as for control is an illusion. not really true. i understand you cant see everything, but should be aware of everybody else on the road. a driving/racing school teaches you techniques in the everyday world to prepare you for incident may happen. SCCA is a great place to learn these values. not every accident can be avoided, but you can make them considerable less if you are one hell of a driver. so how you doing?
