it's all about the fuel pressure, if you run 19's with a big setup you have to flow higher fuel pressure (not too high or your rails won't handle it). and if you are running 24's with a stock setup then you will need slightly less pressure than stock to run fine. This is all in theory anyway, since I have no experience with tuning injectors and fuel pressure. But I do believe I'm right.
