![]() Then your switch is fine. The grounds to the rear lights are good. There is a break in the brown wire that goes to the back. Pull your door jamb plate, and check the harness that runs below it. Look for the brown wire, and check it with a test lamp with the light switch on. Keep moving back until you no longer have power to the brown wire, and you will have found the break in the wire. Repair this, and you will have power to your taillights.
