You are probaly not going to like this answer but here goes the pro 5.0 shifter you have is useless for you car the trmec has three covers on the top of the tranny each one of those covers is actually an opening to put a shifter problem is there are three different shifters each location different and the only aftermarket shifters i have seen for the tremec are for the fox body. If you call tremec they will ship you a stock shifter and cover for the Fox Body shifter hole in exchange for the stock fox body shifter and cover to the shifter position you are going to use.
