I would say go with the 5 lug. That is what the t-bird has with the rear discs. For the front I think all you need is new rotors, or if you wanted you could do a 13" cobra swap for added whoa to your go.
plus 5 lugs look better on a 5 spoke rim. The four lugs look kinda funny because they don't line up with the spokes. later Conrad
