![]() When I blew a head gasket on my old GT a couple years ago, I had my stock heads ported. I didn't really know much about it on them, but the machinist showed me an emissions lump (I believe that's what it was), he ground it down and ported them some. It was a good improvement. Like I said though, I don't know very much about machine work, so somebody else might know a better option. Hopefully I helped a little.
