A guy i work with has a 93 lx with a 302. at one point he had stock heads and had a .532 lift cam with nothing done to the heads. I've heard of people going as far as a .550 lift with the stock heads. It all depends on alot of things. Of course it differs with different heads and pistons. Your aftermarket heads have higher lift springs and such that allow you to run a much more aggressive cam. If you have any more ?'s pm me.
